We pride ourselves on fast service. During normal business hours, Mon- Fri (9:00 am – 4:30 pm EST) orders are processed as soon as our merchant account clears it which usually takes an hour or less. On Saturdays (9:00 am-12:00 pm), your order will be processed within 24 hours. We are closed on Sundays, and orders placed on this day will be processed Monday morning. If you place an order for the same day on the weekend we try and accommodate our customers to ensure they can get into the park.
E-TICKET DETAILS: You will receive two e-mails following your order. The first e-mail is a confirmation of your order with a description of your purchase. Do not take this confirmation e-mail to the venue, as this is not your ticket. The 2nd e-mail will contain your E-Ticket or vouchers as an adobe acrobat document.
The e-mail containing your tickets will be sent to the e-mail address you provided at the time of your order. You will be asked to present MATCHING identification at the entrance into theme parks and/or attractions if you select electronic ticketing.
Sometimes you might be asked to provide purchase verification if our merchant account finds something that doesn’t match the billing information that is provided. This is to protect you as well as us from any kind of fraud.
DISNEY E-TICKETS: You will receive a “Disney WILL CALL Certificate” that is exchanged for tickets at the park, and can be linked to your MyDisneyExperience account, Your Will Call needs to be presented at the Will Call ticket booth or The Transportation Center for MAGIC KINGDOM® Park, at EPCOT®, at DISNEY’S ANIMAL KINGDOM® or DISNEY’S HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS® between 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
